Megan brings a strong foundation of experience supporting individuals across all ages, including people with disabilities, neurodivergent teens and adults, and those experiencing mental health challenges. She values meeting each person where they are at, creating a safe, relaxed and positive environment where they feel heard, respected and empowered.

Known for her positive, outgoing and friendly nature, Megan builds trust quickly and forms meaningful, supportive relationships with the people she works with. She is caring, patient and genuinely invested in helping others move toward their goals at a pace that feels right for them.

In addition to her support experience, Megan is a fully qualified hairdresser with almost eight years in the industry. She loves incorporating elements of this background into her support work, helping individuals build confidence, explore self expression and develop self care skills in a supportive and empowering way. This creative approach is especially meaningful for teens and young adults and helps strengthen trust and connection in her sessions.

Megan is passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. She finds real enjoyment in helping others feel valued, capable and supported, and is motivated by the opportunity to contribute positively to someone’s everyday wellbeing.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys getting crafty, going to the gym, playing sports and trying out new recipes.
