Manon has completed her Diploma of Community Services and brings a diverse and compassionate background to her work at Gems. Support Co.

She has previously worked as a camp counsellor in America and has extensive experience babysitting and supporting young children, developing strong skills in creating safe, engaging, and nurturing environments.

Manon is known for her excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, and for bringing an energising, welcoming presence to every session. She identifies as part of the LGBTQIA+ community and as neurodivergent, and is passionate about supporting people who identify as queer and/or neurodivergent in a way that is patient, affirming, and client-focused.

Alongside support work, Manon also provides primary-level tutoring, with a special interest in Art subjects, and enjoys helping students build confidence through creative expression.

Outside of work, Manon enjoys exercising, spending time in the sun, being with loved ones, and sharing plenty of laughs with friends
