Lauren is passionate about supporting people to engage in the activities that matter most to them. She brings a strong foundation of knowledge through her studies in Occupational Therapy (currently in her 3rd year!), combined with a wide range of hands-on experience across disability support, leadership, and volunteer roles.

Her background includes previous NDIS work, leadership positions in school and hospitality, and participation in both local and interstate community programs, including the 2025 Camp Jabiru program. Lauren has worked closely with children and young adults, and is dedicated to empowering individuals of all ages and abilities in a purposeful, compassionate, and client-led way.

Her approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a strong belief in the value of meaningful participation.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active at the gym, running, and reading.
