Gems. Support Co. is a multi-service organisation offering NDIS support work, tutoring, music and programs for children, teens and adults. Our focus is on providing practical, consistent support that helps people build independence, confidence and connection in their everyday lives.

We work with a wide range of individuals and families, offering services such as in-home support, community access, skill-building, social participation, academic support and creative programs. Everything we do is personalised to the person, their goals and what makes them feel safe and supported.

Gems. started with a simple intention: to build a team of genuinely kind, reliable people who care deeply about the work they do. Our team continues to grow, but our values have stayed the same - respectful support, strong communication, and relationships built on trust.
