I’m Gemma — the founder of Gems. Support Co and a passionate provider of support work, tutoring, and nannying services across Geelong and beyond.

Gems. was born from a simple vision: to create a team that is more than just workers. I wanted to build a space where people feel safe, supported, and free to be exactly who they are — and where families feel heard, understood, and never alone.

With over seven years of hands-on experience and a lifetime of personal understanding, I bring a calm, warm, and flexible approach to every person I work with. I’m currently studying a Diploma of Counselling (specialising in paediatrics) and a Bachelor of Social Work, with a strong passion for inclusive, person-centred care.
